Our Basic and Advanced Obedience Training Packages are available to clients as In-Home and private lessons. Our standard lessons take place outdoors in public areas like parks. Our In-home option allows customers to train their dogs in the comfort of their home or office with the normal day-to-day activities and surroundings your dog is familiar with.
Description
Basic Commands:
- “Come & Sit” and “Extended Sit.” – Canine will come to the heel position and sit until released.
- “Down & Extended Down” – Canine’s elbows touch the ground until released
- “Place & Extended Place” – They will sit on a specific location that you point to (dog bed/cot, park bench, etc.)
- “Heel” – They will walk right beside you on a leash
- “Off.”
Advanced Commands (at the owner’s choice):
- “Send away to place” – Canine will place on a designated object from a distance.
- “Come to heel” – The canine will come to the handler from a distance. Then the handler will pivot and heel with the canine.
- “Look/Watch” – Stare at you until you release them.
- “Through” – Go in between your legs and sit.
- “Front” – They will come and sit directly in front of you.
- “Touch” – Dog will touch nose to a designated object
